The Inspiration
Zack and Naya’s story was inspired by conversations about foster care, adoption, and the beauty of welcoming others into our families and showing them love.
While researching, Laura discovered the Chinese Proverb about an invisible red thread connecting people who are destined to meet. That idea raised a question that became central to Zack and Naya’s story: What does it look like to have a family when you have no blood relatives?
