The Inspiration
The inspiration behind Redeeming the Shadows began in Genesis 37–50 and the story of Joseph.
Even when Joseph's circumstances gave him every reason to respond differently, he continued to give glory to God. He chose integrity when compromise would have been easier, remained faithful through circumstances he never asked for, and counted the cost of following God even when the road ahead looked bleak.
Every day brings decisions, and with those decisions can come costs and sacrifices.
That idea became part of the foundation of Hudson and Felicia's story, a journey that asks what they're willing to sacrifice, what it means to choose faith when the outcome is uncertain, and whether they can trust God when life doesn't unfold as they hoped.
Their story is an invitation to consider the same question: When the road ahead looks uncertain, what would it look like to take a step of bold faith?
